All students at SMP Negeri 111 Kemanggisan, Palmerah, West Jakarta are assisted by 5 West Jakarta Forestry Sub-department to plant 100 sansevieria and golden pothos plants on Tuesday (8/20).

These plants are not only used to reduce air pollution but also to beautify the school for Adiwiyata program

SMPN 111 Adiwiyata Leader as well as Trees Planting Committee Leader, Saino said, there are 100 trees distributed by West Jakarta Forestry Sub-department to be planted in school area. It is done to succeed #200taman2jutatanaman movement.

"These plants are not only used to reduce air pollution but also to beautify the school for Adiwiyata program. We plant sansevieria plants at school's front yard and backyard. While golden pothos plants in pots are placed on each pillars from first to third floor," he mentioned.
